If you enjoy reading & deciphering those glamour license plates on cars like 4GETIT & IML8 (I'm Late), but better, you'll enjoy this game. These are visual word puzzles that are representative of an expression or word. For example: one card has the word violet on it. The V is extra large, the I slightly smaller, the O slightly smaller than that, contintuing on & getting smaller as the word violet is spelled. Your goal is to determine that card's meaning. In this case, shrinking violet. There are very easy cards & very difficult ones. The Whatzit game I have is the older version & this one seems to have glitzed up. When we've played, we leave the board in the box & just try to guess the cards. It's pretty fun & your sides ache from laughing so hard at the interesting guesses. Prepare to groan loudly when the answer is read to that one you just can't get! Really gets you thinking. Worth playing considering some of the cruddy games offered at this price. We don't have a huge selection of games in our closet but it IS one of our fav's.

This game was lots of fun when I got it. The only problem is that you start to memorize the cards. Then you feel like you are cheating when you play someone who has not played the game much. I leave it sitting for a long time and then pull it out again, that way I have time to forget some of them.

Well, my family loves this game and have for years. We are in the age range 23-60 but it makes for a good time at get-togethers. Ages 12 and up?! Ha- the game is very entertaining but I think some 12-year-olds would have trouble with some of the puzzles, however for young adults and adults- it's a blast!

This game is lots of fun and well worth the price. Instructions are rather simple so not a lot of preperation is needed to play. The only problem is after many times of playing you will run out new cards.
