Excellent Photos Make the book, May 10, 2010
This review is from: Warrior Company (Europa Militaria Special) (Paperback)
The Warrior is the British Infantry Fighting Vehicle - a cousin of the M-2 Bradly. This book is 64 pages of high gloss paper, quality photos. Only a page or so of text, the rest of the information/data/statistics come from the detailed captions.
The photos show the Warrior in Germany, Balkans, the first Gulf War. This is an excellent book for a modeler. It's a bit more expensive than the New Vanguard book on the Warrior, but having both, I think it's a better buy.
The one downside is that the book is now 12 years old and does not capture the latest developments of the Warrior - upgrading to stabilization, increased armor, anti-tank missles and improved fire control systems.
Recommended for all armor buffs, those interested in the development of the IFV/AFV/APC, what the British chose vs. the US Army Bradley, modelers alike will enjoy this book very much.
