Only for people who REALLY,REALLY like hack/slash dungeon games.,

Sadly, there just aren't a lot of good quality dungeon crawler games available for the PSP. For those gamers like myself who are desperate to find anything in the genre, we are forced to accept even mediocre games like this one.
Good Points: not a lot of games out there like this one, fun to hack and slash monsters. Bad Points: 1.Awful manual that provides ZERO help on leveling up wepons and info on items. 2. Dungeons ALL LOOK THE SAME. 3. Confusing wepon leveling up system that is more frustrating than fun. 4. Storyline mentions "an inappropriate relationship between two men" that some parents may not like. 5. low drop rate for monsters. 6. no shopping but an annoying "trading" system. 7.Way too short, easy to "hack" your way to the end. After that you can only replay the WHOLE game again on hard mode or hell mode. 8.You can't really pause durring the game, monsters will still kill you while you check your stats. 9.No real story line. What is written is confusing and unnatural English that will be difficult to understand for young gamers. 10.Hints on how to play that are found within the game come way to late and offer little help. I'd only buy this game if you are desperate for something in the "dungeons and dragons" venue....other than that its horribly disappointing. Rent it rather than buy.

Spare yourself this poorly designed, awkward RPG action dungeon. The "manual" that comes with the game explains nearly nothing. I still don't know what the stat codes like "CB0%" mean. My character has a "two handed sword" skill, but can't equip any two handed sword - there is no explanation of who can equip what anywhere. She can't even unequip her weapon or shield. There is a seconday weapon - two slots for it, but no clue as to how to use them. There is no explanation of the crafting system and the barter system is pretty opaque. The controls are awkward and offensive items hurt the player as often as the enemy.
I have to admit that the graphics are very good, except for the lack of imagination in the dungeon construction. Play Untold Legends or Dungeon Siege instead, unless you just have to have all of these games.

I picked this game up because it reminded me of Diablo. Sadly it is not nearly on the level of that classic game. I don't mind hack n slash games at all. I actually prefer games to be simple. This one however was very boring. Over and over again with the same looking dungeons, level up, go to a new dungeon. The graphics are nice and the story seems interesting enough, but this one just got old very fast. I would only recommend this to a die hard dungeon crawler fan.

Game art is superb, bright and crisp and nicely painted. This is what drew me to the game, and satisfied me from the moment I popped it into the psp.
Story is a tiny bit above mediocre, which I'd consider decent for a dungeon crawler like game. Hardcore dungeon crawler players will probably enjoy but not be overly pleased by this game. The dungeons are plain. The trading/crafting system takes getting used to, and the crafting system is horribly under-explained. Once you do get used to them, you'll be able to live with them though. On the other hand, battle is fun and can actually be somewhat challenging (also depends on the character you pick). Overall, it's one of the better PSP games I have played ~ but it won't be everyone's cup of tea.

if you love RPG's game you might as well enjoy this game very much!, for instance I was very fan of Dungeon Siege II but then I got this one for Christmas and I have been enjoying its battle feature where you can actually confront battles with opponents with different stiles of weapon and combined abilities. Great for cooperative games too in wi-fi mode, for those who love to get buddies to ad hoc. Also loading features are very fast, not like dungeon that was very slow. I hope this first review will encourage RPG PSP gamers to buy this great game.

Boring and Confusing,

This game is not very fun. You just go through a bunch of dungeons that all look the same, so it got really boring. And the way you level up things didn't make any sense. The graphics were fine in this game, the music was fine. Nothing special, but no real complaints there. I don't remember what the story was, but I don't think it was that interesting. The most interesting thing I can think of is that you can choose 1 of 4 characters to play as. I played through the game once and sold it. I wouldn't recommend buying it.
