UPDATE 4-2-13: Blue Nook contacted me and sent me a new battery to try (BTR-BH125C-JWP) which has larger cutouts on the bottom corners. I confirmed yesterday that this new battery does indeed fit in my MX-1 and works exactly as it should. It looks like they have updated the listing to send this battery model so I would order with confidence. Terry at Blue Nook was very friendly and extremely helpful with getting this issue worked out and I would definitely order from them in the future!

OLD REVIEW:
I purchased one of these batteries for the new Pentax MX-1 camera since it also used the D-LI106 battery. Unfortunately, once it arrived and charged, it did not slide all the way into the battery compartment. It looks like the two corners that have a bit removed are bigger on the battery that came with the MX-1.

The product doesn't say it works with the MX-1 in the description and I certainly don't hold anything against the seller. I just wanted to put this info out there so if there are other people looking for 3rd-party batteries for the MX-1 that you know that this will unfortunately not work.

This battery was the best price and it has a very high 1700mAh rating. The delivery was fast and once received charged without any trouble. My use of it in my Pentax X90 has proven the high mAh rating by lasting longer than the 1250mAh battery that came with the camera and it retains a high charge while waiting it's turn in the camera. Overall this has been a very good buying experience and I would not hesitate to do it again.

This battery holds a charge for a very long time. It is much less expensive than other batteries of this type & a really good deal.

The Wasabi battery fits Pentax MX-1 with no problems, and the more mAh rate is noticeable lasting longer than the original battery (Pentax is 1250mAh and Wasabi is 1400mAh). There is no problem charging it with the Pentax charger and the price is really good.

I contacted seller asking for delivery times and the response was fast and courteous. Thank you!

I have another spare battery from Wasabi for my Pentax K30. I've spent a year with it and it works so well, I knew I would be buying Wasabi batteries for future cameras. This cell does not disappoint. Fits perfectly, lasts forever and is well-manufactured. Wasabi creates wonderful products. Be confident in purchasing this battery!

The first time using this battery, after fully charging, it went from two our of three bars of indicated battery power to battery depleted almost imediately. It didn't seem to have this problem on the next charge, was still at two out of three bars, after what seemed to be much more useage.

Wasabi Power batteries always have delivered a full measure. I have several Wasabis for several devices. Each one is great.

The unit charged in the same amount of time as my original, seems to be of similar quality. It came "brown-boxed", but I didn't buy the packaging...so who cares? Overall I think it's fine, time will tell on the durability, but I expect average life from the product.
