Leaves hair soft & clean! I guess with repeated use it helps the hair curl but being that things are getting expensive, I just wash & rinse once...I then follow with my usual hair products to help the curls hold all day long!

LOVE Wash n Curl! It truly works. Tho the original version (clear bottle, turquoise round letters) worked even better. For some reason they revised the formula. But there are a few tricks I use. Wash, rinse, repeat but u MUST leave it in the 2nd time for at least 5 min. Scrunch it while towel drying & it makes my mostly straight hair go curly. To help it, I scrunch in some Marc Anthony's curl cream in the yellow tube (does not make your hair crunchy feeling), then go to bed w/it still damp! ( When I want the curly look, I only wash my hair with this at nite b4 bed). Try to scrunch it while you're laying on it. When my hair was shoulder length, that's all I needed to wake up w/naturally curly looking hair. Didn't need to do ANYTHING. Now that it's quite a bit longer, the length weighs it down somewhat, so I simply scrunch all my hair up into about 5 sections & pin each down w/a bobby pin & sleep on it that way. That's it! Naturally curly looking hair. Seriously.

Big disappointment! It made my hair feel quite coarse, but added no noticeable curl. I'll stick with my naturally soft, baby-fine hair!

Same review as the conditioner. My hair was a bit wavier but dry. You get what you pay for... cheap product... cheap results.

I ordered this Wash N Curl because it was the same in the picture as my old bottle. That was misleading. It's just not the same product. I'm so disappointed.
