Plodding and dull,

I couldn't figure out why the murderer did it. Other than that, this was a lifeless performance. I liked "Taken to the Cleaners" by the same author, but here, I couldn't understand what the heroine saw in her lifeless love interest or how she could tolerate some of the other people in her life. Oh, well.
