Rand McNally D.C. Street Map
I bought two of them, one for me and a relative! Excellent to use for a trip to my capital!

Could use more metro coverage
While advertised as DC, VA, and MD, the only parts of the latter two states are the regions immediately adjacent to the District, which does not even include the main metro airport Dulles in VA. I would pass on purchasing this and go for something *slightly* more comprehensive.
