This book basically served its purpose to me. As an avid ghost town hunter, I am always up to finding literature on old historic towns and sites which may help whisk me away into a past long forgotton. This books helped to an extent, do that. It provides the reader with relevent information to old towns throughought the state, but fails to give driving directions to those locales, which is very annoying, and gives only minimal history to each town mentioned. This book serves its purpose in getting someone started on researching the historical towns of the state, but fails to give enough information to quench someones thirst for such alone by itself.
