This is a great mug if it were the actual item that I planned on ordering. The picture is not what I got in the mail, rather I got a mug instead. I want the pilsner, not the mug. False advertisement and I am very very disappointed. Never going to buy from this company again. Take my word. DO NOT THINK THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. YOU ARE ACTUALLY RECEIVING A MUG, NOT A PILSNER. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

The cup works great. It keeps the beverages cold and the design is great. When frozen, it looks like the cup is filled with ice.

I bought this product as a gift for my husband. He loves it! It really does a great job of keeping the beverage cold.

I love this mug! My husband's a Packer fan, so I got him this mug for Christmas. I insisted on getting my own because it does such an amazing job of keeping beer cold! The first time I used it, I just started cooking dinner and decided to pour myself a beer. I took a couple sips and was very pleased. Then I got distracted with the requirements of finishing off the dinner, and 20 minutes later went back to my mug hoping it wouldn't be too warm, and was thrilled to see chunks of ice floating in my beer - not only did it not get warmer, it got "ice cold!"

I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because I've never used it. I sent it to my boyfriend as a gift. I definitely like the look of it though.

I bought a Pilsner from a Bob's store for $13.00 and liked it so much I though I would buy 2 more. On Amazon site it says the Baltimore Ravens are shipped as a set of 2. However, Sports Fan Shop, the distributor only ships 1. They said that they never ship in sets of 2. I never would have spent $7 shipping for a $12 item unless I thought I was getting 2 of them.
