We are a Distributor for custom imprinted merchandise and typically, for the customers who stock retail sites and college bookstores, they request that we manufacture and apply barcodes to the products for their inventory purposes.

My previous barcode program was outdated and after much research and many reviews and considering product support, I ordered Wasp Barcode Maker. What a disappointment.

Primary needs required that I was able to make a 1" x 1" UPC A or E barcode. After installing the product and spending hours trying but not succeeding in printing a 1" x 1" barcode, I contacted the Wasp Support Team. I noted that you can NOT adjust the width of the barcode in the UPC A or E format and questions WHY???? The First call I spent 40 minutes with a tech on the phone who stated he needed a developer's support and that he was not in. The rep stated he would call me the next day and no call. Two days later and no phone call back, I called again. After 1 hour on the phone, we discovered that this program can not accomplish the task at hand, 1" x 1" barcoded label.

I returned the product and found a FREE ONLINE Barcode maker that will adjust to ANY SIZE and all for FREE. It just goes to show you that all things are so not created equal. Very disappointed in WASP, Their service, Their technical aspects and do not recommend using this product.
