This printer is a cheap hunk of junk. Arrived DOA. The so-called "technical support" (wasn't all that technical, and would rather interrupt me that support me) was useless in resolving the issues. The "latest" drivers are over two years old, and still broken.

If you can get it to work, it might be OK, but my experience is that you'll get frustrated with the unit and the abysmal "technical support" first, and return it.

I bought the Wasp WPL305 5 years ago and have not been disappointed. It has printed out thousands of labels a year without a single problem. Setup is a breeze. Sharing it on the LAN makes it easily accessible to everyone in the office and once you set it up you can forget it - zero maintenance, no calls for support, it just flat out works. When I did have to call Wasp for support on getting the proper ribbons they were very helpful. The most nontechnical user in the office can swap out the ribbons. This is easily one of my best hardware purchases ever.
