2010 from the American-born/UK-based Soul/Pop vocalist. The follow up to her debut EP, The Jackson Sessions, which showcased a beautiful, soaring voice and a set of songs (co-written with Ed Harcourt and Eg White, and featuring Mumford & Sons) that roll and swell with Carole King- and Norah Jones-like Country-Soul catchiness. Now based in Britain and signed to Island, Pritchard sounds like a sure thing.

I can't stop playing this album. Although Pritchard's sound is different, she brings to mind the late Eva Cassidy. I hope that Prichard will gain a greater audience and that we'll see her touring soon. She is someone I'd pay to see live.

I have never reviewed before but felt that this work deserved praise.
I picked up Lauren's original EP release (import) last summer and it has been in rotation in my car changer until this release. The only artists which have had longer play time in my car are Sara Bareilles and Colbie Calliat. This girl rocks with excellent songwriting. Favorite song off this CD is Bad Time to Fall.

Wow! This young lady is a talent getting ready to explode! I have thoroughly enjoyed her singing style and fresh songwriting.
