5.0 out of 5 stars Columbine High slained victim influenced cd purchase
I barely ordered "Watch the Lamb" today and only heard a sample of it. Rachel Joy Scott, slained victim in Columbine High School massacre had listened to this song and made a play out of it. The play was re-enacted at her funeral shown live on Cnn. After knowing of her I decided to buy the cd.

I heard this song, "Watch the Lamb" performed at my church. I found it to be SO powerful. I asked the performer to tell me more about it. He gave me the name Ray Boltz and I came here to see if I could find it. He told me he thought it was also available in VHS. Is that true? I am looking forward to receiving my CD with this wonderful, moving song on it. Thanks.

6 out of the 8 songs are very inspiring and special to me. I love Ray Boltz' passion to deliver messages in line with the Bible's message of loving God above all things and loving your neighbor as yourself.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Ray Boltz fan, August 17, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Watch the Lamb (Audio CD)
The first song I heard by Ray Boltz was "Thank You" and the tears didn't stop flowing. A friend of mine sang it in church one Sunday morning and it really meant a lot to me. I have heard another song and have ordered it on cassette for "At the Foot of the Cross." I plan to sing it at church in a couple of weeks. God Bless Your Heart, Ray, and keep on praising the Lord.

5.0 out of 5 stars Spiritually moving description, February 21, 1999

I heard this song as background to a video presentation. The words and the vocal presentation were a very vivid depiction of how the crucifixation of Christ must have really been. Mr. Boltz has a very effective voice in presenting the gospel and especially this song.

I have started this over it seems like a thousnad times. Each time my words seem inadequate. May I simply say...Mr. Boltz, you are a man of God and your lyrics and voice testify to that. Thank you.(a fan from MS)

5.0 out of 5 stars A awesome tribute to Christ's Death for us., August 28, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Watch the Lamb (Audio CD)
I have been listening to Ray Boltz since 1989. The first song I heard was "Watch The Lamb." This song is my all time favorite song. I have sang it, performed a skit to it, used it in a christmas Drama, and listen to it all the time.

It puts the death of Christ in the perspective of someone in the crowd. it touches your life.

Ray Boltz has always been able to bring life and depth to his songs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Watch The Lamb in ASL, July 24, 2008
This review is from: Watch the Lamb (Audio CD)
This song is incredibly powerful when heard, and even more so when interpreted into American Sign Language. The Silent Choir that I'm a member of did this for a Good Friday service at church last season. It's so powerful, we could only practice it twice per rehearsal. To see it expressed visually is magnificent, to express it physically, indescribable.
