5.0 out of 5 stars this book is about mindset - not technique
This is a book is not a magic pill. Sorry. It's about female mindset. It's about how she FEELS about anal sex (or threesomes, or adult entertainment, or whatever) and how you can work with her to create a mutually satisfying relationship. It is not about techniques for making her orgasm or secret formula to manipulate her. If you're looking for that, which some...

1.0 out of 5 stars Best Part? It's Short!
The best part: There is not much to it. The book is small and, if you don't count the ads or "Conclusion," the page count is 111 with a lot of white space. The paragraphs are short and separated by double spaces. Seven pages are mostly empty.

That is made worse by trying to cover complicated subjects in three pages. Other books devote 300 pages to anal or...

1.0 out of 5 stars Best Part? It's Short!, April 29, 2009
This review is from: How to Get Her to Watch Porn, Have Anal Sex, and Call Her Best Friend for a Threesome - What it Takes to Build a Trusting (and Fun) Sexual Relationship (Paperback)

Other books devote 300 pages to anal or threesomes and millions of words have been used to explain the dynamics of a sexual relationship.

Here's the sad part. Except for the silly chapter on fetish play, the whole thing seems like a series of Cosmo articles strung together. Like high school, everything sexual is "naughty."

That would be bad enough but much of the information is just flat-out wrong. On page 68, "Sindy" recommends that, for anal penetration, you lube up with vaginal secretions. I don't know any real woman who would recommend that.

Which brings me to the last point. "Sindy St. James" appears to be "Tommy Orlando" of the Players series. The writing style is similar and this book contains ads for the Orlando books.

Many other books on these subjects are much better and more useful. Don't stop here.

If you're looking for that, which some people obviously are, you'll be disappointed.

Despite the low-brow title, this is actually a serious book. It's about talking to your partner in the language she wants to her, listening to her, and creating something together.

What it covers:

- her fears
- how to approach her in a way where she won't totally freak out
- escalating to new levels - starting with something basic and working from there

I liked this book and appreciated it. It has been very helpful to my relationship as it gave me some "big picture" ideas and strategies.
