Under the direct orders of an anonymous U.S. Congressman and the former Director of Intelligence, Jack Kurts heads up a covert organization know as the AFA. In a run down portion of a moderate East Coast community, Adrian Jacobs, owner of a computer sales and repair shop, hacks his way into a government computer program called "The Watchful Eye." Less than two hours later, he's never to be seen or heard from again. On the sixth floor of a Los Angeles hospital Dr. Evans injects innocent newborns with an experimental inoculation created by the U.S. Government. At the same hospital Sharon Andrews is admitted after a violent attack on Venice Beach. Weeks later she begins to experience mysterious spells of amnesia. Questions about her condition remain unanswered upon a brief encounter with the assisting surgeon who quickly flees the scene. Working for his country, gathering intelligence pertaining to the actions of the United States Government, Jack Kurts stumbles across a computer program called The Watchful Eye. While working to unravel this strange new program and reveal its origin, Kurts is unknowingly forced into making decisions that will change his life forever. Pulled under reign of the program and its creators, Jack finds himself trapped between the woman he's falling in love with and the millions of people he was sworn to protect. Forced to betray his morals Jack has been given only one option - comply or die!
