This review is from: Watching M.A.S.H, Watching America: A Social History of the 1972-1983 Television Series (Hardcover)
This book is very readable, well organized and certainly is based on a very interesting premise. Is TV programing influenced by culture or is culture influenced by TV. This concept is all the more relevant in light of recent violence in our schools and the debates that have resulted from it. Makes a wonderful Christmas present

This book is just out and it is a great read. As a big fan of the show I especially loved the Episode Guide. Highly recommended.
