Shana Gammon graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. She is the owner and director of the Miss Festival of Virginia pageant, a pageant system that she started in 1996. As a pageant director she has worked with state and national winners from the Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss America pageant systems.
