everyone with land should read this book
great book, everyone with a farm or just a house who likes fruit and vegetables should assimilate this knowledge! Amazing!

BUY AN EARLIER EDITION!!
The editor of this book butchered it so atrociously, it would flunk as a high school English assignment. While the information may be useful, extracting a complete idea from the sentence fragments, hopelessly vague grammar, and editor's irrelevant digressions and contentions requires extra labor. This edition is as much about P.A. Yeoman's personal beliefs and business...

This edition is as much about P.A. Yeoman's personal beliefs and business as it is keyline planning. See an earlier edition for all the information and none of the fluff.

Excellent time tested material on developing fertile land and using water carefully. Mr. PA Yoemans spent a lifetime developing the recommendations in this book and his son provides a very beneficial update to the original work with updated examples of the recommendations as implemented. Tremendous resource of information and very well written.
