I searched for hours looking for a unquie useful gift for my cousin. She had gotten her scuba diving cert and I wanted to get her something about diving or something that she could use when diving. the Chamois towel was the perfect gift. Its small and easy to store, doesn't take up space like a bulky towel and when your diving you don't need a huge towel to dry off anyway cause you have a wet suit. Well when I needed a gift for my uncle, a fellow swimmer, it was easy! I've never tried it myself, but I've heard they enjoy it. Its simple just wipe away the water and wring it out. If your looking for a unquie gift for a swimmer try this its perfect and thoughtful.

I bought these for exercise class much to my regret. If you think that this is like the Speedo Chamois towel or others like it on the market, it is not. The towels were wet with some sort of liquid when I received them. On first washing, they dried as stiff as cardboard. I contacted Recreation Supply Company and they said that they contacted the manufacturer and were told the towels should be stored wet. This is an unbelievable response. I can't imagine the microbes on a wet towel stored in a tube for any period of time. The Speedo towel dries soft and is super absorbant. Not so these. Unfortunately, I bout about 5 thinking they would be like the Speedo. STAY AWAY!

I use the chamois for my little dog she isn't potty trained.So I bought these and place them in her cloth diaper.Problem solved no more peeing all over my carpets and floors.I don't have kids but man would I recommend these for that as well.
