Floating Rubber Fins - Blue - Size 11 - 13,
By
This review is from: Water Gear Fins - Blue (Misc.)
i bought those fins for swimming lessons. the main reason for purchase was that i was new to swimming and could not use my lower body and legs efficiently. Fins did help a lot : i had to do less kicks to advance forward.
i am size 11 wide and fins feel kinda tight for my leg even though it say 11-13 sizes

These fins were kept, but they still are slightly small, particularly in width.

These are very basic fins and this style and brand is all my 10 year old daughter uses on her swim team. The quality is excellent and availability and shipping were not a problem.

the fins are good quality but be careful with the size you order. I wear a size 8 womens shoe and I ordered size 7-9 and they were way too small and narrow. I would order the next size up if I were to buy them again. It cost me $10. to return them, which is nearly half the purchase price.Water Gear Fins - Blue

Product runs small,

My size 13 feet were crushed from the sides in these "14-15" sized fins. I had to beat my leg just to divert the pain after I tried them on they hurt so bad. They may work great for a narrow size 10-12?

floppy end of fin,
This review is from: Water Gear Fins - Blue (Misc.)
I'm not very pleased with my fins and perhaps I didn't read that the floppy ends of the fins would be hard plastic, but because they are there is not much ability to move me in the water. If this was mentioned at their site I missed it.

the fins were ok in small sizes. The bigger size was too small :( and they were sent to Ecuador so I could't change them.

Great service - the fins were needed for vacation and they arrived ahead of the scheduled date. I would highly recommend purchasing from this Recreation Supply Company.

they do what they need to,

I bought these fins in order to better drill using the "total immersion" system. I have never used fins before, but these seemed easy to use and did help me maintain speed and position. I cannot comment on the durability, since i just bought them.
