I found the book to be informative and interesting so I did the urine therapy for a few months. My skin was smoother, but I had no profound benefits. I bought Cellfood by Lumina Health, and, using 8 drops/cup of liquid, found my skin smoother, foot rashes gone and incipient basal cell carcinomas on my face disappearing within 10-14 days. Now those were profound benefits!
