About the Author
Robert Lyon lives in the San Juan Islands. His energy and styleand spirit of adventureset him apart as one of those who lead the way. He is a former fly fishing and river guide, an editor, expeditionary, journalist and author. As for 'Naked'he believes it is not only a condition of the body, but a condition of the soul at its threshold of endurance, lucidity and courage. The author often ends up fishing naked, no matter what he's wearing.

I have wanted to start fly fishing for years, but never got around to doing it. After reading this book, and the beautiful scenes and adventures, I was motivated to finally start. The writing is deep and easy to follow. Lyon creates an image of pure beauty in life and nature. Amazing.
