This is an exercise program that creatively adapts Pilates exercises for the pool. Elongate the entire body with unique conditioning exercises. Build a stronger core by moving from the inside out. Learn how to move the body as an integrated whole. Water Pilates appeals to a wide spectrum of ages and fitness levels. Modifications are addressed with most exercises Carol Argo, international fitness presenter, is known for integrating aquatics and mind-body exercise and has created numerous videos including Water Tai Chi and Water Yoga. Carol travels worldwide conducting instructor training workshops. In Southern California she teaches Aquatics, Yoga, Pilates and Nia. She is an AEA Aquatic Training Specialist and is certified by Cloud Nine Yoga, Physical Mind Institute (Pilates), Nia Blue Belt, ACE and AFAA. She is also the recipient of the 2002 AEA Aquatic Instructor of The Year Award.
