5.0 out of 5 stars Hexagonal Water, August 8, 2007
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
This is a very easy book to read which goes over the major aspects of the
science behind the hexagonal water. Yes it is different than present day
accepted and taught science on water which means humanity understanding
of water has been incomplete. It takes time for a new scientific discovery to filter down into common knowledge. Having personally tried
drinking hexagonal water for over a year now I can catagorically afrim
the most benificial results. Anything related to circulation is vastly
improved. I have been running for over 30 years and I would never have
imagined that I could run a mile and have a barely perceptable heart beat!
Yet this is one of the many benifits from drinking hexagonal water processed from the vitalizer plus at 27 minutes. There will always be
nay sayers but "fools deride, philosophers investigate". Discovery of this hexagonal water for me is the blessing of my middle age. Also a blessing for my friends and family openminded enough to try it. My highest praise! Read this book to see the science behind it and buy
yourself one of the vitalizer plus mechanisms to start your road to better
health.

5.0 out of 5 stars Actually drinking Hexagonal water, December 10, 2008
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
I have read 6 books on water, in particular, alkaline water, ionized, antioxidant water. I rate this book right at the top because I have actually experienced the difference in health for the last year. The book explains in very fine detail how the water is different from any other water and that it is not any different than what nature can make in the Glacier areas of the world. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to learn how their body works in conjunction with water and why Ionized, alkaline, micro clustered and antioxidant water can slow the aging process and assist the body to heal itself.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Scientific Book On Water Science Available, November 21, 2008

Dr Mu Shik Jhon is the worlds leading authority on water science with awards and credentials so extensive you could fill a book just with that. Google his name to see some of them. As of 2004 he had published close to 300 scientific papers on the topic. Dr Mu Shik Jhon does a fabulous job of outlining the facts behind hexagonal water and provides well over 100 references to various case studies and clinical trials. I have personally read dozens of related books and this one is by far the most superior on the topic.

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid science...., March 20, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
I have been looking into the Vitalizer Plus, and frankly was very skeptical, though I do believe in "dead" and "living" water concepts. You will read many on the web saying that there's no such thing as structured water. If you're going to criticize a concept at least take the time to actually read the work of people who discovered these things. Jhon has impeccable credentials as a scientist and the work he did was truly the foundation of new ways to improve water for health, God knows we need that, the garbage that comes out of our taps is detrimental to health over time.

So, of course the water molecule can't be structured, but the BONDING of water molecules to eachother is what structured water is all about if I understand Jhon correctly. Water dances between pentagonal and hexagonal bondings at room temperature so rapidly it cannot be photographed by current technology. At supercooled temperatures water forms hexagonal bonds, and this is what the "healing" waters from glaciers have in common with all healing waters. He also found that pentagonal bonds were found in diseased areas of the body and can actually be used to diagnose disease if I'm not mistaken. The book is really a fascinating read, he did his best to keep the science understandable to someone like me who is math challenged and very right brain... The Vitalizer Plus, I have issue with how expensive it is, if this technology is going to spread, people need to be able to afford it. I think in future we will see more advances in the understanding of how magical water really is. Jhon states that according to all the materials in its class water doesn't follow the rules all the other materials do. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in improving their health and trying to make sense of the marketplace with all these different kinds of water machines that are out there. For me, I bought a used Vitalizer at half price and will be trying it out as soon as it arrives. I have already done some primitive experiments with spinning water in a magnetic field and have seen an amazing improvement in water softness and hydration ability, enough to know that this stuff is real....

5.0 out of 5 stars Beginning to understand the physics of water, February 23, 2005
By
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
Having been the CEO of the company which developed the first functional drinking water oxygen enrichment system, I am pleased to see some of the frontiers of water physics being rolled back by Dr. Jhon's book. Such technology is certainly not new...but only recently exposed to the public and water professionals by way of books such as the Hexagonal Water Puzzle.

We are very saddened by Dr. Jhon's recent passing and that of another pioneer in water physics, Dr. Jacques Buenevista.

The Hexagonal Water Puzzle may not have all the answers in its first edition and Dr. Jhon will not be here to write future chapters but this book should be required reading for all those interested in beginning to understand how functional water can be utilized at a cellular level in transporting nutrients, providing energy, detoxification and revitalization.

There is still much work to be done to convince the orthodox scientific community that there is substantive value in continuing to explore water and its physics at a quantum level.

Frankly, that is how science moves forward, sometimes in small steps and many times without the cooperation and understanding of the entire scientific community.

These first small steps in that directlon by Dr. Jhon will serve future scientists well as they continue to explore the many facets of water... beyond water chemistry...to water physics.

5.0 out of 5 stars No caveat emptor here!!!, January 11, 2005
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
Its certainly evident that the "Ph.D Chemist" has never had hexagonal water before. If he had, especially on a consistent basis he would have to through his ignorance out the window.

Any sharing of the information on structured water is a fantastic thing. Do some reading on the net about hexagonal water, especially on the Vitalizer Plus. If it interests you certainly get this book. We all need to know such vital information for our own health and the health of others.

1.0 out of 5 stars Science gone wrong- an example of pseudoscience!, August 28, 2004
This review is from: The Water Puzzle and the Hexagonal Key (Paperback)
It's very surprising why a scientist of Dr. Jhon's credentials has conducted an experiment that fails to include the most simplest requirement- a control sample! I have replicated his work and found that "hexagonal" water is nothing more than ultra-purified water. In fact, other aqueous (water based) samples show no obvious correlation between the reported NMR data and water cluster size.

Furthermore, it is stated in this book that powerful magnets can be used to manufacture "hexagonal" water. Well, a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) instrument uses high field (i.e. strong) magnet that is hundreds of thousands times stronger than the Earth's magnetic field. From the logic in this book, any (and ALL) sample(s) of water placed in an NMR magnet should immediately form a "hexagonal" structure and yet non-"hexagonalized" water can be observed using this instrumentation. Where's the logic there?

The addition of "structure making" and "structure breaking" ions supposedly can also be used to form "hexagonal" water. If this is true, then almost fifty years of well known and verifiable chemical data is wrong- the proposed ions do not correlate at all with their known behavior in water, in fact it's even worse than guessing!

Unfortunately, the science behind this concept is severely lacking. The proponents of this "technology" have yet to provide definitve "proof" that this form of water even exists. The burden of proof is theirs to show that "hexagonal" water can be made at all, bottled, transported to the store, stocked on shelves, purchased, consumed, make it into your body and finally to your cells still intact as "hexagonal" water.

This book, and those like it, are good examples of how science can be misapplied to fool the general public. The simple question, "Does this make sense?" should help to discern fact from fiction here. Ask yourself this and save money- don't invest your effort, time and money on products that are based on this pseudoscience.
