Most Helpful Customer Reviews

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful By Richard A. Moxley on February 12, 2009
The faucet is striking to look at and a beautiful addition to the kitchen but... the handle has a tendency to get very loose and wobbly. I have had a plumber repair it twice. (he was here for another problem)The problem is in the little tiny screw that holds the handle in.Other than that my wife loves it.

Bought this from Costco. It looks great and works fine except the handle which feels loose, doesn't control the flow properly and has now broken off after few years of below average use. Oh, once the spray pipe connection (inside the faucet) came loose and it flooded the kitchen since the water escaped inside the faucet and down into the cabinet under the sink. Would not recommend this brand since many others have also reported handle-related and other problems.
