Absolutely amazing how much we do not know how just drinking water can help cure us. I have seen both my parents health decline and finding out the importance of keeping the body hydrated. If only people would realize how very important water is for your over all well-being. This book will guide you and help you and teach you to please consider adding more water into your daily diet. Without water it kills..I have always been told that medicines are really toxins we put into our body..yes they help, only temporarily, WATER is forever to HELP what ails you. Please just take the time and read just a few pages, then you too will want this book. It sure has taught me so very much.

Dr. B is amazing and this is information you need for life. Don't even hesitate it's truth that will change the way you you live. Sick is no fun healthy is wonderful and you will have healthy freedom once you hear these tapes!

The only thing that would would improve this purchase, is if it were a CD, not cassetts. His books and CD's are very informative. Listen to this on a long drive. You will drink more water and that is always a good thing.

too deep and stuff. hardly read it. like a kevin trudeau book - i read to p 35 of free money listening to his filler looking for the gold flecks and i just got fools gold. here i got nothing but the motivation to by a water filter for the kitchen sink. bought all the water books i reviewed and some of these water books i didn't even read. just didn't address my particular needs for information but i did buy the high end water fliter. under the sink with a membrane to take out Rx and hormones in the water system.
