4.0 out of 5 stars Its ok but doesn't drive well
It floats great. It also shoots about 12 feet. But when you try to turn it in the water or drive it, it is extremely slow. Practically doesn't move at all. It lasted about 1 to 2 hrs of continuous use of the first time used.

versus
1.0 out of 5 stars Big disappointment
I got this for my 9 year old nephew who was initially very excited about it. It turned out to be a big disappointment. It moves relatively fast through the water but has little power when it comes to the "soaking". It produces a thin stream of water - nothing to write home about. The batteries are difficult to install and only last a few hours (even in the off position)...

My 9 year old got this for christmas and it works great! It's easy to use, it squirts water when you push a button under the remote, and the barrel can go up or down for better aim. The downside is that the rechargeable batteries take a long time to charge and then last only about 20 minutes, but fortunately it gives you the option of using alkaline batteries instead, so that worked out better.Overall, this is a fun toy to have if you are going to the pool, I would't recommend it for the ocean or a lake.

The batteries are difficult to install and only last a few hours (even in the off position) ... this resulted in us having to replace the batteries every time anybody wants to play with it. I would definitely not buy this again and think it was not worth the money.
