About the Author
C.C. Lee is the Research Program Manager at the National Risk Management Research Laboratory of the US Environmental Protection Agency. Founder and Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee for the National Technical Workgroup on Mixed Waste Treatment for 1990 to present. Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee for the National Technical Workgroup on Mixed Waste Treatment. Shun Dar Lin is currently Senior Professinal Scientist at the Illinois State Water Survey, Peoria. A registered professional engineer, he has published many articles and reports on water and wastewater engineering. Dr. Lin brings to the book a background in teaching, research, and practical experience spanning over 40 years.

I purchased this book when I was in grad school. It was very usable and practical and came in handy when "theoretical" professors thought that helping you actually solve a problem was too pedestrian.
