The first leg of the expedition (574 miles) was in 2004 and went from Itasca State Park, to Red Wing, Minnesota. The second leg (620 miles) is in September 2007 and will travel from Red Wing to St. Louis, Missouri. She is looking forward to many women joining her paddling and at the gatherinings and listening to the inspiring discussions.
