Product Description

When sensors are placed in remote or hard to reach locations, the AC Adaptor eliminates the need for periodic battery changes. WATERCOP AC ADAPTER FOR WATER/FREEZE SENSORS ELIMINATES THE USE OF BATTERIES: Operates wireless sensors without need for batteries. Simply remove the 2 AA batteries from the transmitter, connect the AC Adapter to the transmitter, and plug in the adapter to a nearby electrical receptacle. WaterCop Emergency Water Shut-Off Systems help to effectively reduce the chance of catastrophic water damage caused by common plumbing and appliance problems. This can greatly reduce home insurance risk through proactive loss mitigation. WaterCop Systems can be configured from the following components: First, choose the correct size Electric Control Valve. Next add flood sensors to monitor leak-prone areas of you home and temperature sensors to monitor areas that are susceptible to freezing. Finally add the WaterCop Water Control Switch and cabling to create a smarter home that costs less to insure. STOP DAMAGING WATER LEAKS before they become major problems! WaterCop automatic water shut-off systems automatically turn off the water when a leak has been detected. This effectively reduces the chance of water damage due to common plumbing problems.

I have 8 of these adapters in my home that I use to power my waterhounds. I just ordered three more as I have added a few more waterhounds. I have several that I put into service over 8 years ago and they still work like new. Will purchase more as the need arises.
