I have been using this attachment to my waterpik for gum disease for five years----it directs the medicine into the gum pockets easily and helps save me from really big bills at the periodontist. It works for me, but needs to be used in conjunction with regular flossing, brushing, and generally good tooth care.

Perfect tips to get under the gumline. Finally, a product that does what it is supposed too.

Waterpik tip replacement works great. Don't know why you can't buy them from the store where you originally bought the waterpik!!

I would like more water flow like the original tips, but it works and saved me from having to buy a new water pik.

My neighbor, who is a dentist, recommended that I use a Waterpik with a pocket tip to clear up my gum disease and keep my gums healthy. It really works, and I continue to use it for maintenance.

I guess I was expecting more. The item doesn't seem to clean as well as the stand tips. Just my opinion. I doubt I will bother to replace these when they wear out.

This item was exactly what I needed. I could not find it in retail stores since it fits an older model. When you can't find something in a store, go to Amazon. It has worked for me many times.

cant' get these in the stores. they work well for deep pockets in gums.

The package was opened before! just taped with scotch-tape around. I dont recommend this seller. I was too lazy to bother with return, since it's cheap.

Bought product elsewhere - I'm not sure it was really worth it, the tip is really-really soft, I dont feel like it does much and definately not essensial. It does not sustitute the regular jet tip. Jet Tip is sufficient for me.

These replacement tips work with the Waterpic.
Expensive- really went up in price (I guess a lot of things have done so, through the years).
