Hey folks... you have a lifetime warranty on this faucet. I have had mine since 2006 and its a great faucet. I have had the issue of water not staying on, finish looking a little off and the soap bottle breaking ( what a mess). But all you have to do is all Danze and they will send all the parts needed for free. Its some of the best service I have had from any company. All the fixes were easy to make.
Call 1-866-789-2273. Its a "Water Ridge NANNINI" Costco model # 958013. It did take me a few hours to find all this information so you all owe me big time... haha.

My brother bought this faucet at Costco and loves it. I couldn't find it at Costco, but hooray for Amazon, because they have it. I bought it online at Amazon and I agree with my brother. It is a great faucet. It is sturdy and attractive. It doesn't leak anywhere. The handle works smoothly and the soap dispenser is a nice little extra feature. The part that sprays pulls out easily so you can spray out your sink or rinse dishes. The soft black button on the top of the faucet switches the water from spray to regular flow. I only wish the water flow would stay in the 'spray mode' after I turn off the water. Once you turn the water off you have to press the soft black button on the top of the faucet AGAIN if you want the water to come out as a spray. That is a bit of a hassle for someone like me who prefers the spray mode about 95% of the time. Other than that, I love it. The price is more than fair. It looks much more expensive than it is. My brother has had his for over 4 years and it still works and looks great.

plastic sleeve is broken on installation.,
This review is from: WaterRidge Brushed Nickel Kitchen Pullout Faucet & Soap Dispenser
The quality seemed pretty good until one of the final steps on installation, there's a little plastic sleeve that connects the hose. This sleeve is supposed to snap into place, but instead it keeps slipping off and leaking water. Very poor design.
