FLOW, the first DVD in the Ambient Collection series, is based on the theme of water. Flowing, trickling, sparkling and cascading this DVD shows water in all its forms. The main film is great to relax with after a hectic day at work and is an ideal aid for meditation. The images are a breath of fresh air, calming and slowly changing to the rhythm of the water. The soundtrack is composed by nature herself, the sound of trickling streams and cascading waterfalls were recorded on location. The films are without distracting commentary so that you are given the peace and quiet to appreciate nature, to take in the beauty it has to offer Please note: Non-profit public screenings of this DVD, for instance in Health Spas, Waiting Rooms, Restaurants and Bars, are allowed, free of charge, on up to 4 TV screens.

I purchased this dvd with moderate expectation. However, wow this is an excellent meditation of natural water sounds from the mountains down to the sea tool. The water bubbles against the screen is spectaular. I only wish the Flow segment was on a looped system. You will not be disappointed with this one. Enjoy!!!!

I was seeking just a simple video to create a relaxing atmosphere, what I got was a water bound Shangri-La. The continuous play feature is fabulous along with the simplified select scenes of waterfalls. This was an impulse purchase that has not let me down at all!!! I am now looking to purchase another one of the series.
