I purchased this dvd with moderate expectation. However, wow this is an excellent meditation of natural water sounds from the mountains down to the sea tool. The water bubbles against the screen is spectaular. I only wish the Flow segment was on a looped system. You will not be disappointed with this one. Enjoy!!!!

I was seeking just a simple video to create a relaxing atmosphere, what I got was a water bound Shangri-La. The continuous play feature is fabulous along with the simplified select scenes of waterfalls. This was an impulse purchase that has not let me down at all!!! I am now looking to purchase another one of the series.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Great to have on in a room when meditating, reading, studying, chatting with friends or just to relax to. I highly recommend this video.

For the most part...I am 80 to 90% happy with the (FLOW) Waterfall DVD. I love the ambiance of any type of 'water'...so I also purchased the RAIN dvd, too. My only complaint with FLOW...is that although it has an assortment of 3 types of waterfalls...they are all medium to small sized---and some shot with long lens. It would have been really great to have one really big, gigantic, majestic waterfall along the lines of Niagra Falls. Also, because of the technical 'rendering' or 'formatting' of my dvd disk....when you access the menu and click on a certain title...it doesn't activate it instantly. It seems to take about 5 seconds before the title is activated and the video begins. But these are minor complaints...this dvd, although not perfect...is very good--and I use it almost every day for myself and as part of a type of 'pre-relaxation ritual' for my massage clients coming to my home.
