If the massage feature is important to you, you won't be happy with this shower head.
It has a pretty good rainfall type shower and it's nice to have the option to switch to a center spray. But, the 'pulsating' massage feature is pretty wimpy. It's not nearly as good as other WaterPik shower heads that I've used. I removed the flow restricter from the shower head and that didn't help much. The shower head is lightweight plastic with a metal-like coating. The adjustable extension arm and associated hardware is very good quality chrome plated solid brass. (That's why I gave it 3 stars). I am now using my old Moen shower head with the WaterPik extension arm.

Awesome shower head,

Installation of this shower head is a little tricky. The head and arm are *heavy* so extra plumber's tape at the joint between the arm and the pipe that comes out of the wall in needed is order to avoid leaks. In comparison with the rain-pour shower head that I had, water pressure of this showhead is awesome! I agree with a previous review on the point that the pulsating rain is a little lame. However, the fact that the shower head is made of plastic keeps the water hot. I've noticed a significant difference in the temperature of my morning shows! I recommend this product.

I'd like it to "hang" higher; otherwise, an excellent showerhead,

The "pulsating rainfall" that this advertises is just what it claims to be; to offset that, however, the pulsating massages aren't that pulsating. However, if you're shaving in the shower and want to make sure that your razor is rinsed clean, choose the massage while you're shaving. You will have one mighty clean razor. Really - I'm not looking to get a massage from my shower head, so I don't see this as a terrible downfall. I mostly use the pulsating rainfall. It doesn't exactly feel like you're being rained on, but I imagine it's as close as you'll get without special effects teams. My main complaint would be that I'm 6'1", and I clear this by about two inches. I'd like a little more room between the shower head and myself. This was an upgrade from their Cascadia line, and it seems that I had five or six inches with that shower head. Still, I'm much happier with this shower head than my old one. Overall, the brushed nickel looks *great*, and while I don't use all of the different settings, I'm happy with the ones I do use.
