From the photo, I thought these toothbrush heads were the correct style.
When I got them, they were slanted at the base, and my Waterpik base would need a straight bottom( not angled, like the ones I got).
I wanted to return them for exchange, but I do not have a printer attached to my computer. Evidently, your website prints out the return address label. May I have an alternate way to return these?

Now that the copyright has expired for Sonicare there are a lot of competitors in the market. Waterpic is one of them. It is a fair amount cheaper than Sonicare, especially the replacement toothbrush heads. The company recommends replacing them every 3-6 months. Even though they are cheaper than the competition, they are still a lot more expensive than manual brushes. Nevertheless, I am happy with my Waterpic electic Synchrosonic toothbrush and I had a much better dental checkup since I started using it. As far as the brush heads go, I used the first ones for almost six months. At the end, I noticed that the color of the brush tufts had become opaque, rather than the clear color they were at first. Also, the toothpaste foamed up a lot more than with the fresher heads. Not sure what all this means except that the brushes do change with age.

This is a great deal on a hard to find item. I searched in a few retail stores, but had no luck finding the replacement brush heads. I had to chuckle when Amazon asks the standard question of whether you want to search for new or used! HA
