I bought two of these cases. They arrived together. One was already broken (hinge was cracked), probably an manufacturer's flaw. The other broke (hinge again) upon first use. The plastic was just too brittle. I didn't request a refund, as the item cost too little to bother.

This thing lasted exactly 40 minutes before the hinge broke and it was unusable. Save your money. It is poorly made and totally useless.

I'm not sure why the previous reviewers gave them such a low rating. It fit everything I needed to keep secure at the beach. I wasn't expecting a suitcase, after all it's only a couple of inches in size. I managed to slip a few $bills and my room key inside tight but perfect!!
