5.0 out of 5 stars You need these for your waterwise 4000.
They will keep your water filtration quality at its best. I find that I don't need to change them as often as recommended. I make mine last twice as long.

3.0 out of 5 stars Country of Origin
My only concern with this product is that it appears to be manufactured in China. The instruction sheet says "Printed In China." There have been too many incidents involving products manufactured in this country. We use the distiller to purify drinking water and the water then is filtered through a product of dubious origin. Just something to think about. What ever...

I received these quickly and it was just as I ordered. This is my second transaction with this company and I'd order from them again. Thanks! :)

I recieved this product before I expected it, although it wasn't the exact fit for my distiller(the spout is a bit larger) I am using them. Next purchase will be needed in about a year so then I will see if there is a smaller size. Thanks T

3.0 out of 5 stars Ok replacements in six pack, March 8, 2010

Pros: Cost Effective and a sticker to remind you when to replace the filter.

Cons: These replacement filters are a little larger than the original ones, so you may have problems with the gap between the filter outlet and the bottle. With these you must drip one or two cups of water through them to remove small particles of charcoal that can clog the filter outlet. It can take ten to twenty minutes for the flow to increase enough for use. Then you boil them for five minutes to sterilize them.
