I bought this faucet to replace the faucet with LED indicators that came with my 5-stages RO system from Watts Premier. I installed this faucet in a granite sink countertop. I had to cut the white plastic spacer by 1/4 inch to compensate for the width of the countertop. The brushed stainless steel matched the main sink faucet. Replacing the old faucet was not difficult at all.

Now I have my water system on top working condition.

Update: 3/26/11, This faucet has been fantastic. This is a high quality faucet. Love the look of stainless/nickel. Not sure why a couple of people have complained about grease on or in the faucet, mine was very clean with no grease at all.

Received my order today, It was the correct type, a Standard 3-Tube Air Gap Faucet for RO systems. The product is of high quality and exactly the type of faucet I expected.

Just an FYI: due to the corrosive properties of RO water and the brine water traveling through the Air Gap Faucet you should expect to need to replace the Air Gap Faucet every several years, I have needed to replace mine 3 times in 13 years. I think the next time I will just replace the whole RO system.

I gave it only 4 stars because I don't know for sure which product I actually received. The Box is labeled Watts Premier Part# 116054 which according to the Watts website is the "Brushed Stainless Steel Air Gap Faucet" however the UPC tag# 9935-"116054", also on the box, clearly says "Brushed Nickel Air Gap Faucet" which is Watts Part# 116101, since brushed Nickel and Stainless look so similar I am not sure it is going to matter. But I will update after install and let you know which item I think I actually received. Perhaps Watts sells the same faucet under two descriptions and prices.

Update: I am fairly certain the faucet I received is Stainless Steel, even though the description on the box says "Brushed Nickel"

Received this item in a short amount of time. Very pleased with it as it is exactly the same as the one that came with the original osmosis system. Product came as described on your website !

The faucet was easy to install with simple connections. It did what it was supposed to do.

We shopped around in stores and online for a replacement for our leaky water filter faucet. I was very surprised at the REASONABLE cost (plus FREE SHIPPING!) for this product - and it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The WATTS PRODUCT is good. It is for cold water only AND for reverse osmosis. Alas, in the Amazon-REpackaging, the instructions included were VERY limited-to-lacking. My plumber had some questions and, when we called the mfrs.' customer service number, we could find NO indication on the box, in the box, or around the box, that indicated what the mfrs.'s product number was. It made it tricky for a few moments but our questions were answered by a competent agent from the mfr(WATTS)who walked us through removing the osmosis tubing (we did not need) to give us the "cold water only" feature. Not sure why Amazon opted to repackage and do so in a "less informative way", but they did for this faucet. All is fine and the annoyance of a 1-800# phone call balanced out to make it worth the cost savings. This was, however, the ONLY time I've had issues with Amazon's process.

Before installation, I was very happy that I purchased this from Amazon. They have the best price around. But here are my thoughts after the installation.
For some stupid reason, they coated the whole faucet with grease. Every time you dispense water from the faucet, you will see a thin layers of oil floating on top of your water, (It's best to see it with darker color cup and lights). No matter how you clean this thing, (I tried dish detergent) and that layer of oil will not go way. Yikes!! I don't even dare to drink those water let along give them to my kids. To this date, I can't not get rid off those pesky grease and I have removed this faucet with my old one, and the problem was gone. Sigh.. You guys have to watch out when deciding to purchase this item or any item from Watts. Don't put your health at risk!!

cheaply made and why is there nasty grease inside of it?
I don't wish to drink greasy water after I spend alot of money buying a filter system !
SPEND MORE for a better quality faucet.

Was very happy to get an Stainless RO faucet for a reasonable price, great look and works wonderful!!

This faucet started rusting in less than a month. It's garbage and am returning it to Amazon for a full refund. Buyer beware!
