4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good for the price
I've been using Watts brand for over 3 months already and it is pretty good for the price! I mainly use it for my legs and hands. I tried to use it on my face but my face got irritated because it is very sensitive. I also use argan oil for my face but a different brand Pura D'or Pure & Organic Argan Oil 4 fl. oz.. 2.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as last time
I first ordered a large size of this product about a year ago, and it has lasted quite a while. I've been very happy with it, so the other day I ordered more. But it doesn't seem like quite the same product. It smells a bit different (a little chemical-ish, where before it had a natural, slightly "toasty" smell). It's thinner and lighter in color.
Also, the...

I've been using Watts brand for over 3 months already and it is pretty good for the price! I mainly use it for my legs and hands. I tried to use it on my face but my face got irritated because it is very sensitive. I also use argan oil for my face but a different brand Pura D'or Pure & Organic Argan Oil 4 fl. oz.. I found that Pura d'or is more hypo-allergenic for my sensitive face, is not as greasy and absorbs better. BUT it is also more expensive! So I use Watts for my hands and legs because it is cheap and Pura D'or for my face..works very well"

5.0 out of 5 stars My 4th Bottle, September 3, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is my fourth order of Watts Beauty Argan Gold oil. And it IS like gold to me! I smooth some on after a shower and then put Kiehl's body lotion on over it. I've received many compliments on my skin's texture since I began using it about 6 months ago, and I recommend it to everyone. Truly, there's nothing like it...just sorry I wasted my money on so many other petrolatum-based products before discovering this.

I am 48, so of course my skin had gotten drier and scalier as the years rolled on. I would slather various other products on it in an attempt to remedy the problem, but it only helped for a few hours and then my legs and arms would begin to feel dry again. What a relief and delight to find that this well-priced, efficient and completely natural oil solved the problem overnight - literally. My skin stays soft and smooth between showers, which are every other day. I also like it for my face, under my regular skin cream. It really is not greasy once it settles into the skin; just helps it to glow and it looks and feels so healthy and, I daresay, younger. For the face, just one or two drops is sufficient while your face is still damp from cleansing. For each leg I use about 3/4 a dropper full; for each arm a bit less than half a dropper.

I don't use it in my hair because my hair is so fine that it does tend to make it a bit oily, although it would be great to leave in overnight and wash out in the morning. I imagine that someone with coarse and/or very thick hair would benefit from leaving it in all day, but just a bit!

My hands and feet are in better condition too...can't say enough good things about it. I love that women in Morocco can profit from harvesting this remarkable oil. It's the best thing you can do for your skin; even if your skin has been sun-damaged, this argan oil will help to heal and restore it.

I believe Watts has the best quality and price, and even if it does smell faintly of olives, the smell dissipates soon after application, leaving you with gorgeous skin. But don't take my word for it. Order the small sample size and you will become hooked for life!

5.0 out of 5 stars If you want beautiful hair, look no further..., October 7, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This a must buy! It works great and makes my hair so smooth and shiny. I just found out about argan oil recently. I started by trying One and Only argan oil blend, which was ok. Watts is 100% argan oil and works so much better. My hair looks so much better. I have been getting lots of compliments since using. My hair type is thick, fine and wavy. A little of this goes a long way. My hair is pretty long and I use only 2 pumps on damp hair. It was trial and error to see how much I needed, used 4 pumps for example and it looked greasy. This brand you can also use on your face because it is 100% pure. You can't beat Watt's argan oil, the price is great, and a reliable seller.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as last time, November 16, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Also, the label claimed before that it was certified organic by Eco Cert, which I checked out and is a real organization. The new label just claims the product is "organic" but doesn't back it up with any certification.
I'm not sure whether I even want to use it. Am thinking about contacting the seller directly with my concerns.

5.0 out of 5 stars Affordable and high quality, September 25, 2011

I've been comparing this to my bottle from J. Maran and ounce for ounce this is as high quality and just as comparable to the more expensive product. Smells the same, same color and consistency and same results, but makes my wallet much MUCH happier. For anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 of the price of the other oil I get the same excellent product without all the fanciness. Just great argan oil that is at price points everyone can afford to try.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Product - Cheapie PET Plastic Bottle, December 9, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
For my 3rd order of this excellent oil I decided upgrade from the 2 oz dropper and splurge on the 8 oz pump size. I am greatly disappointed that my oil arrived in a #1 PET PLASTIC BOTTLE. Some types of plastic are better than others but #1 PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) can leach antimony and phthalates. I avoid them and #7 PC (Polycarbonate) bottles, which can leach Bisphenol-A (BPA).

I'd think the cost and quality of their product would lead Watts Beauty to put ALL their oils in glass bottles. (Why advertise Organic, Raw and Cold Pressed only to let garbage seep in?) If you're listening Watts Beauty, #2 HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and #5 PP (Polypropylene) are supposed to be safer, but really... why not just tack the $0.30 cost onto the product and give us GLASS. Please don't be CHEAP with your VALUED CUSTOMERS who are spending a great deal for a small amount of your oil! Please update your page when you've switched back to glass. Until then, I'll replace this product with a healthier one.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have tried many Argan oils and this is by far the best I have ever purchased ! Some have a very strong smell and I find this to have no smell at all...I use it alone on my skin and it gives it a softness and a glow that no other product has every been able to give me....I'll never be without this stuff !!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome stuff!, August 20, 2011
This is an amazing product. I use it on my skin along with my regular moisturizer every day, and my skin is soooo supple! I also use it on the dry ends of my hair, and it really helps there too! Highly recommend this product!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best thing for sensitive skin, December 23, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Swtiched to argan for my face from emu--probably a year ago now. I love it. Keeps it so much better hydrated. And it actually sinks in. I now mix this argan oil with moisturizing carrier oils (emu, now coconut, because I learned how they make emu oil and that put a burden on my conscience) for my 22-month-old's moderate eczema. Seems to work wonders. Put some in his shampoo/body wash, and it seemed to sting his eyes more than usual. I'll try to mix some with aloe vera and see how his skin takes it. I'd like to use it pure, but it's pretty darn expensive to be using in quantities like that.
