Very disappointed in the delivered item. This item was advertised as a 2-pack but I received only 1 hose. Seller would not send an additional. Seller claimed that the ad was incorrect.

I installed these on two 2nd floor toilets. They went on perfectly. I guess until you have evidence of leak somewhere you don't know if they work or not; but they are operationally indistinguishable from 'plain' tubing. In other words, there is no difference in the water flow or the operation of the toilet.

I received two FloodSafe 3/8-by-7/8-by-9-Inch toilet connectors. They were sealed in a clear plastic bag and the ends of the toilet connector were also sealed with a sticker. The connectors arrived in three days, are of better quality than that of the local big box hardware store, and cost less. Overall, a good find.
