I've been reminiscing and trying to find that beautifully groovin song "Sausalito Summernight" for years on 80's compilations and could never find it. That song was my absolute favorite back in '82 when I was a very impressionable young tike in 1st grade around Kenner, Louisiana; I would always hear it on the school bus, and when i hear it now it conjures up the sweetest and most golden memories of being a kid and becoming intrigued, inspired, and mystified by music of the late 70's and early 80's! That sound moved me very deeply (Diesel, Little River Band, Billy Joel, Gerry Rafferty, Supertramp, and the Doobie Brothers). Can't wait to get the whole disc. And yes, it is totally coincidental that I now live in Sausalito.

I have been looking for someone to release this gem of an album for fifteen years. It's one of those great 80's albums that you will never tire of. The sound quality is great as well.

Even though the hit "Sausalito Summernight" has been issued on a compilation CD (edited version), it's good to finally get the whole album. The main reason for getting this was the longer 5:06 version of "Sausalito". Unfortunately, this group never had another hit in the U.S.
