The wheels were new in the package and work fine. However, when I bought them, the picture showed black wheels, which is what I wanted because the original wheels are black and the Wave is black/grey. There was no option for different colors. The ones I received are red and yellow, totally clashing with the Wave. Since it was for a special occasion, I had no time to send them back. When I tried to make a complaint, the only option I could find was a return procedure. I was very frustrated and my son was disappointed with the colors. It's now ugly, but it works. I even went back into it to see if I had chosen the wrong ones, but all it showed and offered were black wheels, so I'm not sure why I got the ugly ones.

I got the Wave for my 15 year-old daughter, hoping that she would give up the idea of skateboarding (it looks impossible to ride). Well, she had it figured out pretty quickly and so did my 10-year-old son. They wore out the first set of wheels in no time at all. I shopped around on the internet and found that this double set of replacement wheels was a pretty good deal. Buy two at a time, trust me.

The main poupose of buying these wheels for me was to replace old factory wheels on a carry on suitcase. And with these wheeles is like pulling the suitcase on the air. Hope this is helpful to someone !!
