Customer Reviews

The vacuum is weak and cannot suck the excess wax out of the ear.
Joel Tilson
It doesn't suck anything from the ear, just blows air and makes an obnoxious noise.
Krissy
This is one of those times that buying the AS SEEN ON TV product was a bad idea.

I used cotton swabs my entire life. When I joined the Army , my drill sargeants said to never use a cotton swab in your ears. I have been looking for a safer solution. I thought this product would be the solution. The commercial shows the user emptying a large ammount of wax when they are cleaning the product. I have used this product 4 times and have needed to use coton swabs after use to actually get the wax. There is a small amount of wax inside the tip but I am trying to figure out if this is from putting the device in my ear or if it works a little. I am not giving this product one star since some wax is collected from inserting the device but as far as working like it does on TV, it falis greatly.

Unless you are looking for a gun shapped mini flashlight then do not buy. This VAC won't even pick up a piece of paper so it for sure will not VACUME, water or wax from your ear canal. What a real disappointment.

This item has extremely weak vacuum. In my opinion, there is no way it could have any effect on ear wax! It is no where near powerful enough. It makes noise, but that's about all. Back to the good old Q-tips! I know you're not supposed to put Q-tips in the ears, but it feels so good and does the job.

I bought 2 units for $10 but it turned out it cost me $23 as they added the shipping cost that is too much. These units are not doing anything on my ear, I used both of them and nothing happened the earwax or anything inside my ears are not being removed or move at all. I am not recommending this to anyone!!!!!

I brought this product to use on my children who always wax build up in their ear. Well I tried both of the units that came with and neither one of them worked. There really isn't any suction coming from the vac. I mean what a total rip off! They should call it noise only instead of wax vac. I would give this product no stars but its not an option.

My friend purchased this product, and it DID NOT work! It was as if it were blowing air into the ear instead of sucking anything out. DONT buy this product, its a waste of money!

Typical TV Scam! The product does not work as advertised. The vacuum is weak and cannot suck the excess wax out of the ear. We use eardrops only.
