These are handy to have in the house in case you have to move something heavy on a hardwood floor or carpeting. I just lift one corner after another and place one of these discs underneath. After that I can move anyting around without straining myself. I would highly recommend that people buy these so they don't hurt themselves when moving heavy furniture or other items.
