Arewa's Way of Chakras is an excellent overview of chakra lore and philosophy. It is an accessible and engaging read that seems to have the general public in mind. With no dense esoteric language, and with the use of clear neophyte-friendly descriptions of each chakra center and a warm conversational tone, the book is perfect as an introduction to chakras.
