TCP is a project based around the collaborative spirits of Henry Tarnecky - vocals [Pennsylvania, USA], Blake Tobias - keyboards, bass [New York, USA], and Jack Wright - guitars, drums [Maryland, USA]. On their debut CD they are joined by a variety of special guests who help to forge the unique TCP sound, blending elements of classic-era progressive rock with a healthy dose of modern sensibility. Totaling over 70 minutes, the eleven tracks that make up their debut CD The Way showcase the band's dynamic blend of dark, melodic vocals with extended instrumental interplay as layers of soaring guitar and keyboard passages lock into a solid foundation of shifting and complex rhythms.

The best music reveals itself to the listener on more than one level. The Way is definitely music with depth and levels, engaging the mind as well as providing just plain good listening. I'm no music expert, but I can recognize great music when I hear it. The Way is great music!

Great songs. Without that, music is just mindless noodling. The music is fantastic and the singing, solos and sound of this is just so enjoyable. Each time I listen to it, I am transported somewhere else. Exactly what great art is supposed to do.

Incredible Progressive Rock,

I have been following the development of the musicians known as TCP for about one year because of the amazing songs they were releasing. Each song seemed to top the next in pure progressive creativity. Now that I have been had a chance to listen to the CD as a unit, I am even more astounded. The musicianship is absolutely top notch, the progressive structures are impeccable and the emotional appeal of the songs undeniable. If you enjoy progressive rock at all, this CD is simply a must have!!
