5.0 out of 5 stars A perfect picturebook tale that entertains as it educates., November 4, 2007
This review is from: Way Up in the Arctic (Hardcover)
WAY UP IN THE ARCTIC is set to the tune of 'Over in the Meadow' and provides kids with a rollicking song exploring Arctic wildlife. Gorgeous color drawings by Kenneth J., Spengler supplements a fun blend of counting rhyme and natural history story: a perfect picturebook tale that entertains as it educates. Picturebook collections will find it a different, fun acquisition.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun Book!, April 5, 2010
This review is from: Way Up in the Arctic (Hardcover)
This book is amazingly fun to read! It holds the attention of the children and I love the cool facts at the end of the book. The illustrations are big, bold and bright! This is a great book for toddlers up to age six. This book brings numbers to light in such a fun way. As a children's author, I love to bring two things to books....humor and family. This book has both! Very nice job Jennifer Ward. Terri "Hunter" Ward, children's author of One Starry Night and Aunt Tami's Strawberry Farm.
