"There is no remedy for love but to love more"--Henry David Thoreau, July 13, 2008
This review is from: The Way You Look Tonight (Hardcover)
A great, thoughtful gift fo someone you love. Packaged as a gift,we first get an Introduction written by Frank Sinatra, then all the lyrics of the song on one page,by Dorothy Fields, then the words of the song spread over 20 pages with tender photographs. Also scattered throughout the book are many quotations about love by Sophocles,David Viscott,Frederic Chopin,Robert Burns,John Keats,Publilius Syrus,Antiphanes,George Sand,W.H.Auden,E.B.White,Christopher Marlowe,Albert Einstein,H.L.Mencken,Victor Hugo,Mark Twain,Fyodor Dostoyevsky,Hermann Hesse,Sarah Bernhardt,Robert Frost,Lao Tzu,Kahlil Gibran,William Shakespeare,Elizabeth Bowen,Frank Sinatra and finally Henry David Thoreau.
A CD is also included with Sinatra singing the song.
There is even a page at the front of the book to write who you are seding it to and,and even more importantly;why.
A much greater token of affection than a card, especially accompanying a bocquet of flowers,a gift or anything else. What a surprise if it is received when least expected.
