Pleasantly surprised,
By I would definitely get this if you are a dieter who's having a hard time making the transition from snacking-without-thinking, to following a scheduled eating plan. My one complaint is the book tends to mention fattening food items often (e.g., "You want to sit in front of the TV and chow down on a bowl of vanilla fudge ice cream, but ..." [paraphrase]), which only makes my tummy growl. :) A very minor caveat, that's probably only a problem because I'm still fairly new to serious dieting and am not used to denying myself anything! |
